With over three decades of dedicated legal service, Attorney Joseph M. Adams offers unparalleled legal expertise, along with much sought-after guidance and counseling for his clients. Mr. Adams’ began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In that position, he was instrumental in key activities such as attending hearings and trials, reviewing and analyzing evidence, briefing the judge, conducting legal research, and drafting judicial opinions to support the court's decisions. As a young judicial law clerk, Mr. Adams participated in over 100 jury trials, witnessing some of Philadelphia's best lawyers in action. This foundational experience was further enhanced when Mr. Adams was appointed as a Master in the Philadelphia Emergency Services Program by the President Judge of the Municipal Court. In this capacity, Mr. Adams presided over hearings and issued orders on Protection from Abuse petitions, marking a significant contribution to the court's mission. For a short stint, Mr. Adams further provided legal services as a Special Assistant for the Public Defender's Office of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he provided criminal defense representation.

Around the same time, Joe accepted an associate attorney position with a general practice and litigation law firm located in suburban Philadelphia. This role provided further foundational support for Joe, as he launched and established his own law practice—a venture that continues to flourish today. Throughout his practice, Joe has skillfully navigated a myriad of legal challenges, both in and out of the courtroom. His successful efforts have not only resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars for clients, but also advanced their rights in a variety of different legal areas. Some of these areas include consumer fraud, personal injury, commercial litigation and collections, real estate, probate and estates, foreclosures, and privacy invasion matters.

Joe holds the licenses to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to all federal and state courts within these jurisdictions. Further demonstrating his versatility and commitment to excellence, Joe is also a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania. This extensive background and licensure underscore Joe's multifaceted expertise and his unwavering dedication to serving his clients with integrity and professionalism.
